-Give short invulnerable time when exiting pipe

-Added Windy Shroom
-Added Bouncy Mushrooms
-Improved Hello Engine rain

-Added "Restart" button to pause screen
-Lower volume if on pause screen
-Added functionality to "Controls" & "Credits" on title screen
-Added time to beat level by (for reward?)
-Added save menu every time you beat a level
-Made stars re collectable to retry level for better time
-Added Koopa Shell blur effect from NSMB
-Allow Koopa Shells to grab coins of all types
-Pause time if Mario cannot be controlled
-Disable pausing if Mario cannot be controlled
-Improved ALT debug screen
-Added a Power up/ Power down animation
Fixes
-Fixed Hello Engine physics not working on moving platforms
-Fixed broken level 1-1 background
-Disable picking up veggies randomly if Mario is running
